The way points of this running / walking route:

Start Jervis at Haro st

Just where I finished warming up

Haro St

Downhill on Haro St.

Bottom of Haro

Cross Lagoon Dr into Stanley park

Lost Lagoon

Take path to the left of the tennis courts and then left along Lost Lagoon

Cross footbridge and then the road

Follow path through forest

Straight through and along Rawlings Trail

Rawlings Trail

Continue straight, uphill now

Tatlow Walk

Turn right here onto Tatlow Walk and feel the burn to the crest of the hill

Cross path to continue along Tatlow or turn left onto Squirrel Trail (Lover's Walk) to cut some length off

Bridle Path

Turn left onto Bridle Path (watch for service vehicles and horses) You can now see cars on the causeway through the trees on your right - wind storms again

Make a right and cross the pedestrian/equestrian bridge (you decide which you are...) over the causeway.

Follow Beaver Lake Trail to the right if you want more forest path running (south creek path takes you to pipeline Rd) or like i do, continue straight and around the north side of the "lake".

Tisdall Walk

Turn right at Tisdall Walk and up the little hill to Pipeline Rd

Pipeline Rd

Turn Right on Pipeline Rd and keep going until you hit the traffic circle

Traffic Circle

Continue under the overpass and cross road to run (left) along Lost lagoon again, this time the south side.

You are at the tennis courts again. Follow the path back again.

Generally uphill from here to the end now. Don't worry there is a nice flat spot in the middle.

Denman & Haro

Traffic light

Jervis St & Barclay St.

You're done! Top off with a level walk south to Davie street to cool off and have a coffee at Melriche's on the south side of Davie st between Jervis and Bute streets
