The way points of this running / walking route:
Start near the level crossing in Mouans Sartoux
You can turn left here and go up the to the canal. Then turn right at the canal and return to the Av des Sources. This adds a bit of distance and breaks the monster climb up too

Turn right to drop down from the canal to the village
optional meander through the houses. Can just go to the end of the road and turn right
