straight ahead on hesthaugvegen
left up behind Åsane kjøpesenteret
straight ahead as far as possible
open area, go around at out at the top right
still on Åsane Senter road, heading towards Ikea
back of Ikea now
left onto main road Åsamyrane
left up Salthusvegen, skog will be on the right
no footpath or shoulder from here until you turn left up ahead
shops on the right, keep going straight
Baugtveitvegen on the right, keep straight ahead, next (or next) left. Can probably go up here a few metres to get onto a very short bike path parallel to the road.
left onto Slettestølsvegen. Yes, you go through a tunnel, which has houses on top! It's back onto footpaths now.
left onto Morvikvegen
straight ahead on Hesthaugvegen, now on first leg of Ulset loop. Plus this hill here is a bloody killer.
