The way points of this running / walking route:

On the road from Manilva to Casares

Drive by car from Marbella on A7 to Estepona. North on Estepona turn right on A7 (not AP7 !) direction Algeciras. At the first roundabout turn left into 'Casares Camino', at second roundabout turn right direction Yedra. Follow this country road until it's end and then turn right into the mainroad to Casares. At a left corner of the road pass in the left side a restaurant. After one kilometre pass another samll restaurnat on the left and 100m ago park your car on the left side of the road befor a small hut. Walk into the direction from where you came until you see at the left side a rock written 'Al Jaral' on hit. Leave the mainroad here and torn left upwards into the mountains.

Leave the main road

turn left at rock 'Al Jaral' into the small road into the hills.

leave the road

At the sign 'La Manga' turn left into the path that leads you to the radio tower

Enjoy the view over Casares

Castle and cathedral of Casares

Enjoy a snack in the gardens of the restuarant nearby the cathedral

Nearby the old church (under construction) enjoy a snack in the garden of the restaurant.

Lave the mainraod

Turn right at the wooden sign onto the path downwards into the woods
