The way points of this running / walking route:
From Marbella-Puerto Banus drive on the mountainroad to Istan. In Istan turn sharply left upwards to the Hotel. Park your car besides the hotel and walk on the forest road left of the hotel direction to monda. Each person needs at least 2 litres of water. There is no inn between Istan and Monda.
Turn right direction Monda
Don't take the left road to Tolox but the small forest road in front of you that runds on the left side in parallel to the main road to Monda.
Turn left into the brown forest road that surrounds the red house on the left side
Return on the same way to Istan (another 24 km and another 2 litres of water)
