StepWhere

The way points of this running / walking route:

Mouans Sartoux

This course starts at Chemin des Adrets because I didn't switch the watch on during the climb up from the middle of Mouans Sartoux to here.

Plascassier

Notre Dame du Brusc (Châteauneuf)

Opio

Turn right and back and enjoy the view as you descend

Sharp turn left up the track - the first bit of off road

Turn right here

Le Rouret

Make sure you turn left here!

Cross over the main road at the roundabout, go up to the school access road and bear left

Ignore this detour

Châteauneuf Pré du Lac

Stay on the main road to Grasse

Magagnosc

Take the steps down left

head right and downhill

You can cut across and the traffic light and go down the Rue Thomas Cresp. We stuck on the main road though

Sharp turn left just before you see the sign telling you that you're leaving Magagnosc

Sharp right just before crossing the stream valley. There's a sign "Chemin Blancard" but it's a path not a tarmacced road.

End of the path and back on the road. Don't worry you aren't actually going through someone's garden for the last 5m or so

Grasse St Jean

Turn left down Chemin de Blumenthal

Turn right, crossing over the bridge

Optionall turn left to go under the railway

Turn left to run down a track to the canal

Grasse

Watchout crossing the road. Then continue up the path that now runs ontop of the Canal. It has a sort of blue mosaic.

Here be goats

Busy road. Take care but cross over and turn right.

Cross over main road then turn left, then bear right down the small Chemin Chapelle St Antoine

Grasse St Antoine

Don't turn left unless want a gratuitous hill

At the roundabout take the path left up through a little office/shopping area

Head up Chemin Roumioux - note cars don't expect anyone to be doign this and go down it quite fast

Mouans Sartoux

Possibel shortcut down the hill to the left

You can stick on a wider trail by going straight on here, it comes out at the same point as the trail (marked with red paint) does to the left

Bear round to the left when you rejoin the larger tracks

Can shortcut slightly by continuing up and left here. Our trail follows the green paint now

Take the road goign down at the roundabout

Cross over when you can because you'll be turning right then almost immediately left down a little track after crossing a stream

Buy some bread or cake or sandwiches in the bakery as a reward for finishing!
