0.9km 0.9km Turn right off the main road as you cross over a little stream. NW 306° 57m
1.4km 0.5km At the far end of the bridge turn right and then take the rightmost fork of the two roads. This leads down under the end of the railway bridge. NW 298° 55m
1.5km 0.2km Noi(野井) Turn left after passing under the bridge and continue through the small hamlet of Noi WSW 229° 49m
2.6km 1.1km Scenic riverside views. There is very limited traffic but be careful because the road is very narrow SSE 139° 41m
3.4km 0.7km Definitely another viewpoint moment. Look back up the river to Kasubuchi SW 221° 98m

4.8km 0.5km The hydroelectric power outlet from the Hamahara dam is here. The water flows straight through the hill SSW 202° 43m

6km 0.8km Ago (吾郷) The Ago bridge (Ago ohashi) is surprisingly photogenic for a lump of blue painted steel. It also makes a great point for more photos in both directions NNE 14° 84m
6.3km 0.3km It may be worth making a slight detour up the hill to the left here (road signed Okuyama - 奥山) until you come to the Shinto shrine which is IMO quite picturesque E 78° 43m
7.6km 1.3km Assuming clear non-hazy weather the view from here towards Kasubuchi with Mt Sanbe in the background is really striking NNW 342° 48m
10.1km 2.5km Pop down the boat ramp here to river level and enjoy views of the temple, the railway bridge and lots of reflections in the river NNE 55m
